Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available within the European Union.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.90 per order. Any potential return shipment is at the customer’s expense. For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping within Germany—and any potential return—is free of charge.

Shipping costs for deliveries to other European countries depend on the recipient’s address and will be displayed separately during checkout. Returns from other European countries are always at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1–3 days after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of prepayment, after the payment instruction has been issued).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Credit-/Debit Card payments are processed via our payment service provider PayPal; you do not need a personal PayPal account for this.
